Each 1,250 sq. ft. suite is a totally independent closed structure design with several floor plans to chose.

Partners Jeff Hutchinson and Randy Higel are long time Venice residents and started. H & H Enterprises in Venice in 2003 to consolidate their residential and commercial development projects. Together they bring more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. H& H Enterprises constructed the Venice Business Suites I, II & III in 2004.
